Approaching quantitative methods:
While dealing with the diverse possibilities of quantitative methods’ applications, our core preferences are:
Choosing among alternative quantitative methods:
How to make a choice among tools of quantitative research including the case for game theory, mathematics of optimization, use of descriptive and inferential statistics, and in form of the application of econometric modeling.
Early assessment of making methodological choices:
As part of traditional and contemporary researches, the use of some quantitative methods may be considered conventional, while the application of some quantitative tools may be considered to have higher academic value. It is important for students and researchers to differentiate between conventional and creative tools for the analysis of the data. It is interesting to note that gaps in research may also be used by devising better and creative tools, in the application.
Domains of application:
Tools of statistics, use of the mathematics of optimization, and econometric modeling all have potential usefulness in different subjects such as Business administration, Economics, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science, Media studies, Education, and Medical Sciences.
Resources in use:
Sessions are supplemented by the use of digitized learning tools such as databases and packages namely Stata, Minitab, SPSS, and Win QSB. To further facilitate digitized learning in online tutoring, graphical/ digital tablets, the Microsoft Whiteboard, and screen sharing options are used so that Student(s) get the feel of a live classroom.
Emphasis on interpreting findings and results:
While evaluating existing literature and in order to use quantitative tools for the analysis of the data indigenously, it is imperative to assess the theoretical and empirical relevance of results, and how to plan for further improvement in estimates. Regardless of your preferences for qualitative research, doing quantitative research and the ability to evaluate quantitative works should not be a limitation/ inability, for persons who have their full career ahead.
About the Supervisor:
Faculty in Statistics, Computing for Social Sciences, and Econometrics, has a long-standing interest and expertise in teaching Econometrics courses for over 19 years, at Bachelor’s and Master’s level.
Along with teaching, the faculty person extensively adapted tools of statistics, game theory, mathematics of optimization, and of econometric modeling, in his researches, and as part of the thesis supervision experience.
Worked as a consultant on two contractual projects.

In addition, he was very patient and he has a good ability to convey his knowledge. I got exactly the help I needed! I will definitely contact him for help in the future. Highly recommend this teacher.
Andrew
He has a strong grasp of applied model building, alternative research designs, and methodological paradigms. He can delicately choose a suitable methodology, with a reasonable understanding of the efficacy of tools as well as limitations of a said method.
He is naturally inclined to use quantitative modeling skills in his coaching and thesis supervision experience. Much recommended.
Rita
Great experience!
An excellent teacher, very humble, and makes you feel confident in your skills, just after a few lessons.
Being a student of Psychology, quantitive methods and statistics are amongst the core courses of my studies. I started the lessons with dread and had no prior knowledge of quantitative methods, statistics, and SPSS. He made things easy to understand and apply. Now I am very confident and optimistic.
I highly recommend him, if you need to learn Statistics and SPSS for Social Studies and Psychology.
Joanna
Superb! I reached out to him because I needed help with topics in Statistics, regression modeling, and the application of Stata in Sociology.
Even after the first class, I gained a much better understanding of quantitative reasoning. He is a tutor with amazing pedagogical skills and can explain complex things in a simple way, so you will understand everything. He is also a very calm and knowledgeable person.
He tailored our lessons to my needs and helped me a lot in improving my skills. I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for professional help with the quantitative methods course.
Sandre
Passionate and Superb! He is a competent teacher with diversity and depth. I managed to grasp many technical concepts in the domain of Negative Binomial and Poisson regression models.
Highly recommended for quantitative methods, regression, and econometric modeling!
Nora
Superb! I learned a lot about the use of quantitative tools for the analysis of the data, how to validate my hypotheses, and how to structure my thesis, from him.
Sheer competence and absolutely recommended!
Ola
Positive, composed, and determined person, with a good aptitude for quantitative reasoning! I sought guidance from him while preparing for an aptitude test. I had to prepare topics in Mathematics, Descriptive Statistics, and Bayesian Probability, which he planned in a manner that I gained lots of confidence and proficiency in around 2 weeks’ time.
He is such a skilled and resourceful person. A dedicated person who recognizes the stakes of students in a respectable manner
Yoshita
Extremely privileged to have learned from him! His relentless contribution and generous guide as a research specialist, analyst, supervisor to academicians, and exceptional knowledge of both qualitative research and quantitative modeling: econometric and statistical analysis is just a small reflection of his capabilities and strengths.
Siva
Fabulous and excellent in coaching and problem-solving skills, specifically in research and quantitative methods! Dedicated and able to manage things, quickly!
