For quite some time, the up-gradation of educational technologies, the advancement of curricula, and rapidly changing labor market conditions necessitate individualized students’ needs so that their slack performance in some subject(s) is not transmitted into deficiencies and long-term inabilities.
The ‘Profess’ team believes that either at some stages of academics or in specific courses, individualized support can enable students to redeem their academic excellence.
Our faculty and supervisors assess students’ deficiencies, adapt teaching methods to closely approximate the individualized needs of a student. This craftsmanship of reproducing knowledge for the specific audience is the underlying theme of ‘Profess’.
‘Profess’ audience and clientage:
Primarily, we deal with college and university students who feel a bit slack and wish to comply with the criterion of academic excellence, as specified by their institutions.
Along with creating ease for students in terms of teaching specialized courses, our research supervisors extend their support to research students who are planning to do some research project, a thesis or are in the phase of writing an essay.
From structuring of the structure of the paper to the phrasing of research hypothesis, from strategies of literature review to developing the framework of the proposed analysis, and from devising research designs to discussing limitations and the conclusion; all technical matters of concern are addressed with due diligence.
Outreach of services:
Along with the provision of in-person meetings, facilitation has been created in terms of the one-on-one webcam and online sessions. All faculty and supervisors are duly equipped with all needed academic tools such as access to databases of academic literature, packages of the data analysis, and digital/ graphical tablets so that none of the academic requirements is compromised.
All efforts are made to create the feel of a live classroom, and interactive communication between prospective students and our faculty/ research supervisors.
We feel that the need for one on one consultation in form of online guidance has further been increased during the recent pandemic of Covid-19.
Ease of access and the communication efficacy:
As the ‘Profess’ is a collaborative initiative of faculty members and research supervisors, so ‘Profess’ doesn’t charge any fee in form of registration/ subscription charges, for making contact with the faculty and with research supervisors.
While visiting the portal, specifically stair on ‘subject specialties’ and on ‘research skills and thesis support’. We have structured a rather detailed format for ‘Contact us’, so that prospective students can duly explain specific needs and the ‘Profess’ team can route them to the best-suited faculty or the supervisor, in the shortest possible span.
